Rigging for your program
Rigging in the world of rowing is a huge word. We want to help you make the most of your time, energy, resources while expanding your knowledge and comfort in talking about and actually setting the rig for your crews. Rigging a boat is only part of the equation, oars, posture, body placement and the boat all have to be considered in rigging for an effective and powerful session on the water. Often people end up learning how to row in a defensive manner because of rigging. A few simple steps will help you go a lot further with a lot less energy and get more out of your time on the water. Contact us to learn how we can help.
Quadrenial, Annual, Seasonal or race specific training programs are all possible.
The 2010-2011 Schedule has been set with the addition of a training session for the more advanced sculler. Same great coaching, same great water, same great food, but extra miles and work on effective and efficient rowing for the Master who wants an opportunity to get the winter miles on the water instead on an erg.
