Training Programs for Individual master rowers and teams has been requested by our campers for several years and now we are ready. Jim and Mark are happy to announce that Marc DeRose is joining our staff as Director of Training. He comes to our staff with many years of highly competitive rowing and coaching; including the U23 lightweight men, UMass Men, Columbia Lightweight, University of Central Florida women and now he as moved to Miami to help Andrew Carter rebuild the University of Miami's program.
Training programs are not just a set of numbers, sets of work at certain rates and splits but should be considered a path to a goal. Every training program needs to have a Goal and every Goal must be attainable. Marc and the rest of the staff will work with you as an individual to help you fully realize your potential on the water. Rowing the erg, lifting weights, cross training, rowing properly, and eating correctly are all part of the plan. Continued and personal updates of your training along with video analysis of your technique will only make you better, more efficient, more effective and ultimately faster down the racecourse.

We are now happy to announce the All-American Racing Team for those of you wanting to race under the All-American Banner. We have a couple of ways to get involved so you can race as a composite team with other campers or at regatta's when you want to show off the Red, White and Blue.
