Private Camps are designed for those wanting to have one or more highly professional coaches come to your location for an instructional camp on various topics. We can also invite you or your group to various locations around the country for an intimate personalized camp experience. Choose from the Upper Connecticut River Valley, Oak Ridge TN, Asheville North Carolina, Central (old) Florida and the St. Johns River, Upstate New York and staying at a log cabin with a 40 foot tall stone fireplace, or in southern Oregon at an old fishing lodge on a quiet flat water lake just waiting for you.
We want our camps to be fun, personal and instructional. You will never be yelled at or put down, we treat our campers as we would want to be treated and coached. Rowing is tough enough without the coach embarasking you or others in the group. We belive in positive coaching methods and will make you feel like a friend on the first row.

Jim Dietz and Mark Wilson along with the other coaches have been coaching kids of all ages for many years. We are happy to work with groups of Junior level rowers at our location or we can come to you and help your coaches develop into seasoned professionals. Coaching education should never stop and we enjoy working with coaches and rowers of all levels.
Individual camps and group camps can be set up on your water, with your equipment as day camp settings. We provide coaching, in depth video analysis and a ton of fun on the water.
