Quote Camp is held at Salmon Hills, New York. The camp features the following:
  • Camp is four days and three nights.  NEW for 2007 Extra Day and Night!
  • Rowing in singles, doubles, and quads.  Bring your own or use ours
  • TEN on-the-water rowing sessions!!  Eat, Sleep, Row, Repeat
  • All meals, snacks, drinks and Lodging are INCLUDED!
  • Video review of each rowing session, classroom sessions, DVD of camp video
  • Shore sessions include: training methodology, drills, nutrition, and strategy specific to the masters athlete
  • Circuit/ Med Ball training sessions
  • Nutritional Analysis by a certified sports nutritionist
  • Hands-on weight training sessions offered by certified strength coach
  • Complete written stroke analysis and critique to take home
  • Spouses are welcome to enjoy meals and the camp’s social aspects at small additional charge. Take advantage of all Up-state NY has to offer, including biking, hiking, canoeing, birding, and the surrounding mountain vistas.
