All-American Junior Summer
Camp
We are a camp of coaches from different schools
around the United States and want you to learn
about the great sport of rowing. Coaches
from University of Massachusetts, Colgate, Boston College,
Georgetown, George Washington University as well
as former National Team members and Past college
coaches with tons of experience.
This camp is designed for the high school
program that wishes to go to the next level. We
can work with rowers with no rowing experience and the rower who
wants to learn what it takes to become a Champion!!

Camp Activities:
- On the water rowing in Eights, Fours, Pairs,
Quads, Doubles and Singles
- Video Coaching of each camper
- Water technique topics will include: Racing,
Safety, Equipment, Drills, Coxing, Weather
- Land Discussion topics will include: Nutrition,
Technique, Goal Setting, Strength Training,
Cross Training, Racing Strategy, Mental Aspects,
Coxing for Practice and Races, and MORE!!

Camp Details:
- Camps are set up for your club or city
program
- Length of camp is set by the program:
1-10 days is not a problem
- Many activities on and off the water
- Team Building, Sculling, Sweep, Starts,
Recruiting, Erg tips, College discussion
- Each Camper will receive a DVD and
electronic file of their personal rowing
suitable for sending to college coaches
